If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Little Wonder.

Little Wonder is a pregnancy tracking tool designed to help you organize information and reflect on your journey.

Little Wonder does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information in the app (weekly development, kick counter, contraction timer) is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

Always consult your healthcare provider for medical questions, concerns, or emergencies.

If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information in the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to use Little Wonder only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Little Wonder.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account termination.

Little Wonder is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or bugs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Son of The Pharaoh and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Little Wonder.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on information in the app.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Because Little Wonder is currently free to use, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.

All content in Little Wonder (design, text, graphics, logos, features) is owned by Son of The Pharaoh and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Bloom without our written permission.

The data you enter (journal entries, photos) remains yours. By using Little Wonder, you grant us a license to store and display this data to you and your linked partner as part of the service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
